Terms.

These are the terms for using this site and the things on it. They're short on purpose. Using the site or downloading a tool means you agree to them. The site is run by Derrick Hicks through DH Ventures, Garden City, Idaho.

The site.

Everything here is provided as is. It's my thinking and my work, offered in good faith, and it isn't professional advice for your situation. I try to keep it accurate and running, and I don't promise either. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for what you do with it.

The tools.

Each download carries its own license file, and that file is the final word for that tool. Where a license says nothing different, the deal is this: the tool is free for your own work, including your business. You may change it to fit. You may not sell it, bundle it into something you sell, or pass it off as your own, whether as is or lightly changed. If you share it, share the link to this site and leave the license in place.

The tools run inside services you already have (Claude Code, Codex, TypeSafe and others). Those services have their own terms and their own bills, and both are yours. A tool may need an API key from one of them; keep it private and never put it in a file you share.

The tools are offered as is, with no warranty. Read what they do before you run them, and keep a backup of any project you point them at.

What you make is yours.

Anything you produce with these tools, or after reading something here, belongs to you. I claim no rights in it and no credit for it.

Email.

Subscribing or downloading puts you on a list that sends Full Context and occasional tool updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link. The privacy page says what's collected and who handles it.

Advisory work.

Working with me as a fractional CMO or on a Growth Audit is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Changes and law.

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and I'll say so in Full Context. Idaho law applies. Questions go to hi@derrickhicks.me.
